Chapter 2Natalia was sat in the office when the phone rang, the secretary/receptionist picked it up and asked the caller to hang on, she asked Natalia...if she could take the call and passed the phone across. It was from a company based in Russia who had clients looking to buy a hotel. After a lengthy discussion Natalia asked them to send details of what was required by email and she would reply with anything she had that would be suitable for them.The email duly arrived and she sent back.
