We knew most everyone in the group were experienced campers, except Kim ( my good friend) was more the four seasons type of girl, but her and her boyfriend decided to give rough camping a try. We all made our way to the campground in a couple of cars, picking up the other couples on the way, we got to the site just before noon and set up 2 big tents and everyone put on bathing suits to get some sun and do some. It's the little things that I remember: the brush of your hand against my face, the way the corner of your mouth would turn up in amusement at something silly being said. But mostly I remember the warmth of your skin, the goosebumps you raised when flesh made contact with flesh (no matter how innocent the touch).It was so long ago, like the words in her song.
