I was doing just that one afternoon when Kait walked out into the back yard where we had adjourned to get away from the confusion that was deciding on...the wedding colors."I swear - you are going to spoil her rotten Dave." Kait said with a grin."I thought that was what uncles were supposed to do." I replied without looking away from the cute little face that was watching me and moving her lips."I suppose so." Kait then set down next to me. "You are so good with Annie. Do you and Mickey plan on. " I replied and was heading to the kitchen, but then I looked at my Aunt and my parents and they weren't looking, so I turned around and went throught the hallway.I took a look around, and found Jacob's room, and knocked on the door. No one answered, so I gently opened the door, and asked before looking inside:"Hey cousin, it's me, Brian. Can I come in?"No one answered, so I slowly opened the door and went inside, but no one was there. I went inside and explored his room. He had lots of posters. ’ ‘Thanks to you guys for getting here so quickly.’ I made it back home and dropped into bed and went right to sleep. * Chapter Two The next morning I did secure the door to the old house and called to have the electricity turned back on. But I still wasn’t going inside to check it out. It just wasn’t that important to me. I called the florist and ordered one red rose to be delivered to Paige just because she was so pretty and had been so supportive and nice and then spent the rest of the day. .. an average girl!I had always been one that worked hard to master a task, or subject,which is why I had always been called a nerd in school. Being in the top2% of the class had put me in that role. I knew in my heart that whetherI liked it or not, for me to pull off being a girl, I had only oneoption, and that was to do the same thing, and that was to master my newtask, which was, sadly, to become a realistic girl. I came to the onlyviable conclusion I could, and when I did, I resolved not to.
