I took a length of rope with loops at each end, fed both these through the standing part and put one over each wrist, pulling them tight. Next a longe... length of rope was laid around the back of her neck passing under each shoulder from the front, finally looped under the wrist restraints. I pulled up on the ends; she had no choice her wrists had to go high on her back. I tied the rope ends around her wrist restraints, she was trapped! Lastly another looped restraint went around her ankles.
