At least the girls were talking to me now. For a while I was getting the cold shoulder treatment.We rode in three Suburban’s with the drivers from the JBG group assigned to the embassy. He said he knew Paris reasonably well. It was a good thing he was driving.The traffic was horrible, the drivers obnoxious, impatient and plain out assholes. If I had been driving I would have intentionally wrecked half of them just so I could mash their faces. I guess everybody in Paris drove with the same. I woke up on a gorgeously warm summer day. I decided I needed a new bathing suit as well as anything else I might find. I took a shower, curled my long blonde hair and applied my make up. I wore a pair of cute yellow very short shorts, along with a blue spaghetti noodle blouse. I noticed all the guys looking at me knowing what was going through their minds. I loved it. I wanted to make sure I got everyone's attention. After a couple hours of shopping, trying on outfits I got all my stuff. After a pretty quick elevator ride, the doors opened to a pretty nice waiting room. The wall on the back side of the waiting area was floor to ceiling windows. God, it was a great view.
