‘Come on out on the deckl’ Les suggested as he opened the sliding glass doors. There was a really spacious deck that looked down on a well manicur...d lawn area and swimming pool. I commented on how beautiful it all looked and Les beamed, explaining how it was the reason they bought the house. ‘It was a stretch for us mortgage wise, but it’s what we really wanted – so here we are. Maybe we can jump in later’ I knew that Sarah would not do that and I didn’t bring a suit so I just sort of said. ‘She must be appalled at the enchantment we’d fallen under in Ritzville.’ He hoped she didn’t hate him for seducing her. Lord knows it wasn’t something he planned. Not that it wasn’t something he didn’t want but he just didn’t mess with marriages and married women. How could something like that just happen? But it had. For a moment he fell into the now familiar daydream remembering those few days he’d spent as Helen’s Lochinvar. Since returning to Seattle he’d just wandered restlessly from one. ‘I’m over here.’ The trio ran towards the sound of Maggie’s voice. Logan could hear the sound of panting. He peered into a large bush with a hollow in the middle and saw Maggie fingering herself. Logan rolled his eyes. ‘Typical,’ he thought. ‘It took you guys long enough,’ said Maggie, innocently cleaning her fingernails. ‘I was kinda getting bored.’ She smiled shrewdly. ‘Come on,’ said Jeremy. ‘We’ll all go down to the creek and see what this bitch has in store for us. Maggie opened her mouth. A delicate gold chandelier hung from the center of the ceiling. I walked down the hall to the bedroom and had to keep myself from jumping onto thebed. It had to be king sized, with a dark blue comforter. The pillows were the same bright blue of the sofas. The bed looked like it would swallow me into a soft warm cocoon. The walls were that bright gold color. Every detail was beautiful and added to the atmosphere. If I had liked what I’d seen so far, I LOVED the bathroom. The floor was a cool.
