I went back to school a day early and headed directly for the Prof’s office. I was disappointed to find the office locked and headed for my dorm. Fo...lowing my first day of classes, I showed up promptly at five PM at the Prof’s office. After sucking the Prof off, and swallowing his load, I was informed that I was expected at the Prof’s home at eight PM. I was given no other information except not be late. This was something altogether new, as I had never been to the Prof’s residence before. I. This wasn't the first time I had been left alone, but it was the first time I had been left alone this long. I was looking forward to it, getting to eat exactly what I wanted every night and no vegetables. I had it all planned out. Tonight was macaroni and cheese. Yeah.I had told my friends about it and they had wanted to come over for an impromptu party. I vetoed the idea. I knew my folks had the neighbors on both sides watching for just that. Chuck suggested an afternoon party; nobody would. “No one will be there to give me away,” she nodded, tears welling. “My dad is so busy and my mom will not be there without him. I try not to think about it...”My heart was breaking for this beautiful woman all over again.“Look, we do not have to do this ceremony in the usual way,” I said. “What if I walked you down the aisle?”“That would be so strange, wouldn’t it?” she sniffed, tears drying up almost immediately.“Next to walking my own daughter down the aisle, it would be my biggest honor,”. “Will there be anything else, Mr. Bronco?” she asked with a smile.“Run me a tab, Celia. And yes, one more thing” I responded. I pulled a US$ 20 out of my wallet and laid in on the bar. “That’s not for the drink, Celia, that’s for you. I would appreciate the best service you can offer me this evening”.“Oh, Mr. Bronco, respectfully Sir, service fees are included in our prices. You do not need to tip me, Sir”.“Celia, I am aware of that but it would please me if you would be gracious enough to take.
