Being the "nice" neighbor, I took it upon myself to help her out. While she was at work one day, I mowed her yard for her. I also took her trash cans ...p to the garage. Initially, I didn't tell her it was me. Her friend, Carla, was the one who informed Natalie of my good deeds. Now I will admit, I had always found Natalie physically attractive....from a distance :) To understand you see, Natalie was this small petite,dark haired, tan, older lady. My only hang up is that she wears way too much. Afterwards, she coaxed me to the dance floor when the band started. Understandably, Megan drew the attention of many attendees. As her partner, I rode an emotional high from the admiring looks. We danced together well, leaving the floor only when the band took breaks. As the evening would down, the crowd thinned and the band switched to playing only slow numbers. Megan quieted with the change in tempo that signaled the approaching end of the evening. She abandoned the role she’d played all. "I was not! I was only being polite," I clarified. "Well, maybe so, but I think that guy likes you. If you play your cards right, you may just get yourself a date with him, and if I do say so myself, he's cute!" That made me mad, and I said, "Listen, Pamela, I'm not into that. I'm a guy, and I like girls. I'm not gay. I just like dressing as a girl occasionally, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm heterosexual, okay?" I had stopped Pamela in her tracks. She looked startled, and said,. “We’ve got a visitor!”Jessica moaned upset, but didn’t reply. I gently grabbed the mother’s arm and pulled her slightly aside, away from the balcony door. “Mrs. Nadeem,” I said, looking sternly and concerned into her eyes. “I can’t help but notice that you seem kinda jumpy, and if I had to guess, I’d say your kids are scaring you.”She didn’t answer right away but looked down again. Finally, she said: “Please, they’re good kids. They just ... they’re spoiled, that’s all. Maybe I’m spoiling.
