Ever since he discovered this place, he had known that someday he would bring someone special to see it. He enjoyed being outdoors – smelling the sc...nts of the woods in the breeze, basking in the warm sunlight. And this place just had a different feel to it than any other place on earth for him. Here, he felt alive and free. They had known each other for about six months, but had never done anything more than simple kissing and cuddling. She was the most stimulating woman he had ever met, both. The best dancer on the floor was a handsome black man who was dancing with an older white lady. They were very good. We watched them for fifteen minutes until the woman returned to her husband and left. The black man looked around for another partner and spotted Lois. She must have looked available because he sauntered over to our booth with a big smile."Would you like to dance?" Sure," Lois answered. "I'd love to."They danced together for quite a while. Lois had a sexy way of moving her body. But Noble McCloud too? I don’t think they decided against these novels for religious reasons. It’s more the case that if their Christian clients ever found out they had a hand in printing these books, the printers would lose their customer base.It’s an irony, then, how I’m not even sure anyone will be reading this novel. I’m not sure what obstacles remain between now and the publication date. Regardless, I believe that someone will be reading this. I sometimes feel like Colonel Sanders trying. For some reason you are not in bed with me probably, because a story idea struck and you not wanting to wake me are off in the other room typing away. You kept me up late the night before working out new ideas for a future story so I'm tired but I hate the big empty bed. I throw the covers off and stretch and wiggle to the middle of the bed and stretch some more arms and legs spread wide hands above my head. I have every intention, like I normally do when you wander off, of getting up and going.
