I know the lifestyle can lead to bad things happening and as much as I enjoy most of it, what has just happened have left me mentally distressed the l...st next few days. I feel the need to write about these events hoping. I hope this journal entry won’t be my last for a while, but maybe this will help me sort out my feeling. So, here it goes. It took a few days to write this, because I needed breaks from the anxiety of thinking back on it. Thursday at work was a day much like any other ordinary. They demanded our surrender in a most annoying show of contempt for us, but, as was his orders, the captain of the guard refused to allow them to enter our gates.We all knew that this was as much a spy mission as a diplomatic one, so we did not allow any of the enemy to see any more than we wanted them to see. Our trebuchet positions were concealed, so the enemy could not know of their existence. However, they could see the high walls around the castle and the twisting, turning road that led up.
