You feel suddenly queasy, a feeling distinct from the knife that twists in your gut at having run into her. Is the world starting to spin? "How's it g...ing?" "But it feels like I've been here for 8 hours. We share a room together; well, I say a room, it is actually a loft above two floors of our A-frame house. The house consisted of three floors; the ground floor which is the largest, is the living room, the kitchen/dining room and our only bathroom. Dad and Steven, my brother, shared the second floor with their own rooms, complete with walls. The third floor is essentially a single loft floor above the two floors with no privacy walls, only a wooden railing to prevent falls into the floors. Today is the day for Ava’s bed bath. I have removed the bed sheet covering her and she’s lying in front of me, nude, as she had numerous times before. I’m commencing to give Ava her bed-bath, about to wipe her beautifully tanned body with a wet towel, sitting next to her, on the edge of the bed.As my glance briefly strafes her face I’m noticing a deeply unhappy expression on Ava’s face. “Everything ok, darling?
