I still had my old cell phone so sticking the two together gave me an unused phone as far as the outside world was concerned.I slung my old phone on c...arge and turned my attention to the pictures I'd taken.It didn't take long to copy them from the memory card and into the computer and not much longer to email them to my Hotmail account for safekeeping. Moving the folder containing the files from the 'my pictures' folder was a sensible precaution against them being discovered accidentally. I. They were pretty sure I didn't want to do anything illegal, but they did ask, just to make sure. One person pointed out that we could enslave a savings and loan or a small community bank and do all sorts of interesting things. Many of the controls in such institutions only worked if you assumed two people would not collaborate on something illegal. They also assumed that one of the people could be pressured to give up the other. It terrified me how easily one of the team described how that. My kids behaved fine and were friendly with the two strangers. They both seemed to like the kids quickly and commented on their apparent maturity. "Two days later I was moved out of intensive care and into a regular room. My head still hurt like the devil. My leg was in a full cast. The only thing that I'd been told was that a bullet had done some damage.I hadn't been watching TV in the intensive care room, but now that I was in a regular room the nurses would walk in and turn it on. I turned it off; I didn't want mind numbing trash bombarding me. I needed to try to remember what had happened. It wasn't all coming together.A nurse walked.
