After about 15 mins, I got a call from her saying that she is stranded outside her guest house, as her friend has locked the house and has taken the key with her. She said,” I am all alone, can you give me company till she comes?” I thanked my stars and said I will be there in a jiffy and not to worry. I reached her place and saw that she was standing outside the gate and was looking desolate. I told her not to worry and invited her to my place. She picked up the phone andcalled the company's IT hotline. She requested a password reset."Sorry, ma'am," the technician said. "It's not letting me reset it." What do you mean?"
