I had gone replayed our last argument over and over in my head. I tried to find a way to claim her back. She was mine, after all! It seemed, I thought...to myself, that every time I tried harder to gain my wife back, she pulled away from me even farther. I sat there late into the night, allowing my wife to sleep in our big lonely bed, while I nursed my hurt feelings. Some where along the way, my brain kicked in and a new track of thinking worked its way into me.Why was I arguing with her about. " She grinned pleasantly."I don't know, just slacking off in class." I answered trying to say it smoothly as possible."Oh what a surprise." She said giggling. "Well I cant tutor you cause I know you know this so it would be pointless to teach you so you can just put your bo-" She was cut off by her phone that started to ring."One second." She took the phone out in the hall and shut the door.I put my stuff into my backpack and sat there listening to her muffled conversation that didn't seem to. That again was something she had placed first above someone like Harry. Or, maybe she needed to wait longer for that certain person she sought? She took a deep breath as Jack waited for an answer. ‘I’m leaving you Jack.’ His pallor turned grey instantly with shock. He was not expecting her reply to be so straight and honest. ‘I’ll look for somewhere to live. I’m sorry.’ ‘Wait! Wait!’ Jack cried out, but it was no good. He could not reply. There was nothing he could say other than defend himself. I put my arm around her shoulder. "You shouldn't feel bad... It happened, it's not a big deal. I understand how you where feeling.." She stopped walking and turned her head up to me. "Are you really..? It feels so good you understand me." She gave me a kiss on the cheek. I turned around and put my other arm around her shoulder and hugged her. Her head rested on my shoulder and softly she said, "Thanks......" I had totally forgotten my raging hardon, but suddenly I was aware of it when it poked.
