Selina quickly removed his helmet and gave it to the First Officer as well. Both wolves came to their feet but appeared slightly unsteady for a moment...or two. Otherwise, there was no visible reaction.Finally, “Are you two okay?” a worried Morales asked his friends.Both animals snapped their heads around to stare at Morales before moving closer to Selina, each leaning against her from opposite sides as they tried to snuggle with her. After a moment, they turned as one to approach the First. He heard the trill of the ringer notifying him of the new email that had arrived in his personal email box. He ignored it for a bit as he finished up reviewing a work document on his iPad while sitting on his screened-in porch. "What a great invention," he thought to himself as he took a break from the iPad to refill his scotch and returned to casually check his email. The re line stated: "Craigslist-- Response to posting 'Erotic Hypnosis'." The sender's name was "sassythoughts." He had posted. The dogs barely even looked up; she clearly wasn’t at all alarmed by his presence, and so neither were the dogs. He peered over the fence. “Um, hi. I’m Jon.” His words...why couldn’t he have thought of something clever to say? Anything but what he had just said, anything to impress this woman who had haunted his dreams the past few nights. She laughed, a high, wonderful laugh that wrapped him in warmth and made his mind go directly to making her laugh like that whilst he was between her legs,. She whined for it.“You okay?”She whined again, this time managing to scratch the seat cushion.“If you’re gonna throw up, let me know. I’ll open the door for you.”Such a gentlemen, she thought bitterly. As the mouth of the blunt met her lips though, the bitterness faded and the sentiment suddenly felt incredibly accurate. In fact, she even teared up a little as she thought about her predicament. Thankfully, the heaving cough she experienced covered that up pretty well.The minutes crawled.
