I did my own dishes and did my own laundry and in general picked up after myself, but Merrily did the rest. I fought her tooth and nail on her campaig... to find someone for me. She was forever inviting me over to dinner and when I got there she would have another dinner guest to introduce me to. A simple picnic in the park with her and the grandchildren would bring something like, "Oh, look who's here. Dad, I'd like you to meet..." It got so I wouldn't accept any more invitations from her but. One of the first choices to be made was how close to put the first utility pole to the river. We decided to move it back away from the river well above the flood line. We would use the back-hoe on the front-end loader to dig a trench to the first pole.I further found out that they had brought a two man auger with them and as soon as we identified the position for the first pole. They would drill the hole and erected it. Then the others would be erected based on the first poles position leading. She resisted a bit,but I told she can repay it back when an opportunity comes.I think she got my message right away from her naughty smile. Soon the lights were off and it was pretty dark inside.I could feel her body heat flowing into me as were sitting side by side and so close.
