Caroline stops and her head snaps up. I see her eyes look at me, and her jaw snaps open. She drops the carcass of what was once a living creature she ...oved and stands up, staggering over to me to do the same. Flesh and blood fall from her mouth as she begins to moan. I run upstairs to the bedroom and slam the door shut. I can hear her moaning and stumbling up the stairs as I call Jason. He answers on the first ring.“Dude, did you let Caroline in?”“Jason, she is trying to kill me.”“So… She. I’ll see you in a couple of weeks then...yeah you too...bye.” Putting his cell phone back in his pocket, Jesse turned back in his chair to read his History notes. Mia stood up, placing her laptop on her stool before stepping over to where he sat. Standing behind him, she leaned over the back of his chair and wrapped her arms around him. “Jesse, why didn’t you tell me it was you birthday soon?” she asked hovering above his ear. He raised his shoulders up as he shivered, her Glaswegian accent. ‘Hi’ I said as she slipped through the door. She walked pastme, dropping her purse onto the couch. As I walked over to her, shereached up and wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me down toher inviting lips. As we kissed deeply, our tongues darting in andout of each others’ mouth, I savored the sweetness of her kiss, thefragrance of her perfume tickling my nostrils.With my hands on her waist, she pressed into me, her nipplesstanding at attention pressing into my chest while she ground. She was increasingly getting impatient now and somehow another hour passed. There was another announcement that they are unable to resolve the issue and it would take another few hours. She was getting irritated and called Rajeev just to find it switched off. Now that was strange, Rajeev never does that. She tried to talk to airport staff and she managed to find out that it would take at least 12 hours. She again called Rajeev, switch off. So she finally booked a cab and went home.It was 8pm.
