Something that I didn’t even expect.She asked him where the nightclubs are.I was so astonished to hear this.We were then led to a nightclub and my m...m quickly grabbed my hand and I followed her inside.I could hear people laughing and dance music being played loudly.I held my mom’s hand close to me so that I don’t lose her in the crowd.We then danced quite a lot and then at one moment, I lost track of time.We were in a dream world and we were having so much fun.My mom felt like my best friend. My legs buckling underneath me and I steadied myself against the sink and took a final look at the picture before turning it off. Then, for the first time, I noticed the date display. It had been taken today… and less than 50 minutes ago. After the shower, I went back into the front room. She was now half dressed, obviously having quickly pulled on some clothes to appear more normal, but she was still searching nervously in every corner of the house. ‘Still looking? It’s here,’ I held it out to. She saw the DVD box looked at it surprised and sat on the sofa beside me. She was in a short skirt, which rode up to show her stocking tops, a too small top, I thought and some dangerous heels. Clearly dressing a bit too provocatively. We were half way through the bottle, she had not had much luck when out and she had been drinking earlier . She reached across me and grabbed the remote control “Well lets see what my little brother gets off on then” and before I could do anything she turned on. On top of that it was just a great day to be out on the bike, and now we could listen to music while the miles zipped by.I spent the time while those miles zipped on in thought. The silent, me only kind, though I assumed Cooper would get at least a sense of it, the way things seemed to be working.I wondered how we seemed to let ourselves get caught up in so much minutia. Buying a cell phone at the drop of a hat, same with a laptop and now a home gym. Thinking about doing the same for a waffle.
