I wasn't that proud of my body, I am a little skinny and I haven't got any muscles to speak of.I told James that I hadn't been to a gym in long while ...nd that I didn't exactly know how to begin the workout.James said that I should begin lifting some weights to get some stronger arms. He gave me some 5 pound weights but when I was going to lift them I had to give it all that I had to be able to even lift them of the ground.James and the other two employees laughed.(the employees names were Tom.
