....So to the fiction......This girl was struggling to make the fuel pump work & having waited a bit for mine to operate, I could understand. Some yard work, too, in their little garden, raking and such, This was easy work for the guys compared to the ranch.I helped Linda in the house, I cleaned for her, with her weight, she had a hard time doing stuff so she put me to work.I washed the floors and waxed them.And dusted and cleaned around the place.I really didn't mind.I loved her cheerful place and it was a good barter for their services.She made us all lunch, delicious sandwiches, potato chips, cookies, lemonade and coffee.We sat.
