I was watching the news on the flat screen TV on the wall above the bar when seemingly out of nowhere this young man who looked to be no more than 25 ...r so sat down next to me, ordered a beer, the same as I was drinking. I had never seen him before, so when he ordered a Spotted Cow on tap I had to compliment him on his choice of beers. “Thanks,” he replied in a deep, rich baritone voice. “I’m quite a fan of the Cow.
